User Roles & Permissions

User roles define what permissions a specific person has within an associated organization. Users can have different roles for each organization they are associated with.

Types of User Roles

There are three types of user roles in the Coffective dashboard.

Role Permissions
General User View limited information, but not make changes. Explore, save, and comment on resources and lessons learned.
Training Manager Monitor the course progress of learners on their team. Has all the permissions of a General User.
Administrator Edit organization information and manage users associated with their organization. Has all permissions of a General User.

Note: A user cannot be both a General User and an Administrator.
