Download Continuing Education Certificate
NEW! You can now download continuing education certificates for the Breastfeeding Skills Competency when you finish your courses and evaluation!
Note: You must have access to the Training section in order to do this action.
Download Your Own Certificates
- In the left navigation sidebar, click Training.
- In the "Training & Certificates" section, click Go to training. A new browser tab will open on your training dashboard.
- In the left navigation sidebar, click Achievements.
- Any courses you have completed will appear in the Achievements list. Click Download certificate.
- A pop-up will appear prompting you to save your certificate. Name the file and click Save.
Download Certificates on Behalf of Learners
Training Managers can also download certificates on behalf of learners on their team using the steps below.
- In the left navigation sidebar, click Training.
- In the "Training & Certificates" section, click Go to training. A new browser tab will open on your training dashboard.
- In the left navigation sidebar, click People.
- Search the learner’s name or email.
- Click the Achievements tab.
- Click Download Certificate.
- A pop-up will appear prompting you to save the certificate. Name the file and click Save.
